TargetGopher Privacy Policy

TargetGopher (“the App”) is developed and provided by JuzCuz LLC.

This Privacy Policy applies to TargetGopher for both Android and iOS and explains what information the App accesses, collects, stores, uses, and shares.

Information We Collect

TargetGopher does not directly collect, transmit, or maintain personal information about you through the App.

The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, physical address, location, or other personal information in order to use the App.

TargetGopher does not integrate any advertising network, analytics service, behavioral tracking technology, or other third-party service for the purpose of collecting, analyzing, tracking, or selling user information.

Information Stored on Your Device

TargetGopher may store app settings, user-created Target ID charts, and other App data locally on your device.

This information is stored on your device and is not transmitted to or collected by JuzCuz LLC through TargetGopher.

Target ID charts may be exported and shared by you as .TGC files using the sharing, email, messaging, cloud-storage, or other features provided by your device.

TargetGopher does not automatically transmit these files to JuzCuz LLC. If you choose to share a file, the file is transferred to the service, application, or recipient you select. Any information contained in a file you choose to share is then subject to the privacy practices of the service or recipient you select.

In-App Purchases

TargetGopher may offer optional in-app purchases that unlock additional App features.

 

• • On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit).

• • On Android, purchases are processed by Google through Google Play and Google Play Billing.

Apple and Google may process information associated with your purchase, including transaction information and information associated with your Apple or Google account, as necessary to process, verify, and manage the purchase.

JuzCuz LLC does not receive or store your credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.

Purchase processing is subject to the applicable privacy policies and terms of Apple or Google, as appropriate to the platform on which the purchase is made.

Platform Services

TargetGopher relies on standard platform services provided by Apple and Google to operate:

 

• • App distribution and purchase processing, as described above under In-App Purchases.

• • Google Play Services, which Android requires to support Google Play Billing functionality. TargetGopher does not separately configure or use Google Play Services for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.

• • Operating system file-selection, image-selection, email, and sharing mechanisms. When you voluntarily select a file, image, email recipient, or sharing service, information is transferred only as a result of your action and is handled by the operating system, application, service, or recipient you select.

JuzCuz LLC does not receive or maintain copies of information that you voluntarily share through those third-party applications or services unless you separately choose to provide that information to JuzCuz LLC.

Apple and Google may separately collect device diagnostics, crash reports, or app performance data as part of their own platform operations (for example, through App Store Connect or Google Play Console). This collection occurs at the operating-system level, independent of TargetGopher’s own code, and is governed by Apple’s and Google’s respective privacy policies.

Data Security

JuzCuz LLC does not maintain personal information collected through TargetGopher on its own servers.

Information that TargetGopher stores locally remains under the control of the device and its operating system. JuzCuz LLC does not receive or maintain copies of locally stored TargetGopher data unless you voluntarily provide such information to JuzCuz LLC, for example by contacting us or otherwise choosing to send information to us.

Information handled by Apple, Google, or another service you voluntarily select is subject to that service’s security and privacy practices.

Data Retention and Deletion

JuzCuz LLC does not collect or maintain personal information through TargetGopher that is stored on JuzCuz LLC’s servers.

Accordingly, there is no personal information maintained by JuzCuz LLC through the App that requires deletion upon request.

You may delete locally stored TargetGopher data by deleting the App from your device, subject to the device’s operating system and any backups or other copies maintained by the device or services you use.

If you voluntarily provide personal information to JuzCuz LLC, such as when contacting us by email, that information may be retained as necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide support, maintain business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If our privacy practices change, this Privacy Policy will be updated to accurately describe those practices.

The updated policy will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
